Basic services: including complete setups, action adjustments, intonation adjustments, truss rod adjustments, nut slot adjustments, pickup heights, fretboard conditioning, machine head adjustments, and more. Adjustments are very personal, I aim exceed your expectations.
Wiring: all types of guitar wiring including pickup, pots, switch, socket and preamp replacement, electrification of acoustics, troubleshooting electrical problems (gremlin removal).
Nut/Saddle/Bridge: adjustment and/or replacement.
Fret Work: shaving, levelling, crowning/dressing, re-seating or re-fretting
We try to keep stock of D'Addario strings in all standard gauges, however if you prefer a specific brand or guage you're welcome to either supply them with your instrument or give notice so that we can grab a pack for you - this may cause service delays.
We can arrange for a courier to collect or drop off your instrument on request, please contact us for details.
Most services are expected to take between one and four days, a more accurate estimate can be provided, along with a quote, when you contact us for a quote.
Should we not be able to complete a repair, we will recommend field experts who will be able to help (such as with amp repairs as well as more serious wood and finish repairs).
